In our pre-school the activities are planned according to the child’s stage and development.

The play that we offer builds on previous learning and takes into account each child’s increasing concentration span and developing skills. We encourage creativity and individual expression. We provide different activities for the children to become involved in and ensure that these are rotated regularly to maintain children’s interests.

The staff in this room work alongside the toddler room staff to make the transition between the two rooms easier for your child and in this room, we encourage the children to be more tolerant of others and to interacts with others in play activities. We incorporate group activities into our basic routine to develop children’s confidence and we have a more structured routine, which begins with register time. This allows us to prepare your child for their fulltime education later in life.

Our pre-school children also pride themselves on the nursery vegetable garden in which we grow fruit and vegetables for snack and mealtimes.

Breakfast is available from 7:30am until 8:45 am

Lunch is available from 12:00pm

Tea is available from 4:00pm

Snacks will be given mid-morning and mid-afternoon

Water is available for the children throughout the day.
