Our nursery comprises of a blend of mature, experienced and professionally qualified nursery practitioners and trainee practitioners working towards their qualifications.

We have a fantastic team and everyone is passionate about providing a service of quality and professionalism. We have a management team who are enthusiastic and dedicated. Everyone entering the setting receives a warm welcome and we hope you will feel at home!

Our staff are committed, caring and have a loving approach towards childcare, this is clearly seen in the relationships staff have with children. Staff are hardworking and take pride in their profession, they will take the time and effort to get to know all children as individuals.

Our management team are hands on and they spend time in all rooms observing practice, monitoring staff and also delivering hands on practice themselves.

The expectations of all practitioners are of a very high standard, we have a thorough induction process and training programme to assist this. Each member of staff holds an enhanced DBS check, contributing to our high level of Safeguarding.

All our staff hold certificates in Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene as a minimum. Staff training and ongoing professional development is paramount to deliver high quality childcare.

Adele is the settings Manager and Company Director. She is passionate about her work, working closely with the children, parents and staff.

Adele has built up excellent relationships with the local schools to ensure that transitions are smooth for all children. Adele has studied all her childcare qualifications starting with her level 2 & 3 in childcare and continuing to her Early Years Foundation Degree, Degree in Early Years then her Early Years Professional status and has recently completed a course on the Teachers’ standards.

Adele has 4 children of her own, as well as a grandson, and has a wealth of knowledge with SEN. She has many hobbies including time with her family watching sports and walking with her dogs.

Adele works directly with the pre-school children and is available for the children, parents and staff on a daily basis.
