Here at Meaford day nursery we provide a safe, caring, secure and stimulating environment for all children.

We aim for all children to develop their capabilities as successful learners, who are confident, responsible and effective contributors to society. We lay the foundations, through the experience of excitement and adventure, to become happy and self-motivated individuals later in life.

We want all children to experience a deep sense of belonging and self-worth and we trust that they will develop curiosity, imagination and learning, through exploration, at their own pace.

We support parents as the first and most important educators of their children and ensure that all children feel secure and included through a wide range of activities to support their development physically, intellectually and socially, ensuring that all children's individual needs and interests are met.

"Meaford Day Nursery is a FANTASTIC nursery. The nursery provides a safe, fun and educational environment which is totally child focussed. The staff are friendly, caring and kind and childcare provision is flexible. As parents we get daily updates which let us know what the children have been doing, what they've eaten and played with, and we get newsletters too.

There is a lovely outdoor space which means the children get to play outside and they plant flowers and vegetables. Last year they came second in a gardening competition! Our son was very well prepared for School when he left Meaford. Our daughter is also doing well and already at 3 years old has made some special friends. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery."

"I must say I was very apprehensive when leaving my little boy for the first time in someone else’s care, however the team at Meaford have been absolutely amazing. They welcome us through the door with smiley faces each morning and I am put at ease all the time! Arthur spends so much time exploring new activities and skills and had learnt so much. I’m amazed each day at how he has grown so much in confidence. I feel very proud. I know that’s he’s in very safe hands and he enjoys his time. He especially loves Miss oooocy (Lucy) - Thanks to you all."
